Get In TouchPediatric occupational therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need to participate in their daily occupations including activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting), play, education, leisure, social interactions, and sleep. Our therapists use a holistic approach to address each child's unique needs to promote growth and success in their daily lives.
We work with children from birth through birth years old who have a variety of developmental difficulties. We work with sensory processing, reflex integration, self-care skills, fine and gross motor skills, visual motor and perceptual skills, handwriting and dysgraphia, learning difficulties, emotional regulation, feeding and picky eating, play, and social skills. We treat children with various diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD/ADD, Down Syndrome, and other conditions.
During the initial evaluation, our therapists will conduct a comprehensive, standardized assessment to understand your child's strengths and areas of concern. This evaluation helps us create an individualized treatment plan tailored to support your child's development.
We believe children learn best through play and having fun! Our therapy sessions are play-based with engaging and enjoyable activities to help children achieve their developmental goals.
It may be possible! In addition to providing care at our two convenient locations in Katy and Houston, TX, we are proud to offer services at nearby private schools and ABA clinics. We believe this makes it convenient for your child to receive the support they need in an environment where they spend a significant amount of time.
